Raion has an issue with its dpad pivot, but if you fix it, it is extremely good. You can get a refurbished Raion for around $30 with no trouble these days.
WebIMO the Playstation controllers have always had by far the worst dpad for fighting games. The PowerA Fusion looks super nice (like a Sega Saturn controller), but it's $60. Assuming they don't break I'd still prefer the PDP Neo Geo CD style dpad over the PowerA Sega Saturn style, but both styles are excellent. 1.

I have sensitve hands. Even the Hori pad does that to me. Plus I have huge hands. The ps4 pad is way too small for my hands on a fighting game. The hori pad is a decent size, but a 30% increase in size would be awesome. Although the version I bought is for switch, this pad works just fine with PC. My complaints are the bumps and triggers, which contrary to face buttons, feel extremely mushy.
