I'm not sure what exactly is it compared to (maybe modified date of packs\data.spk\regionconfig.xml), but updating the dates on the modded files should do the trick. You can use NirSoft FileDate Changer, "copy /b filename.ext +,,", saving the file from a text editor or any other means.
